I welcome you and thank you for your interest in our school. At Sharon School of Excellence (SSOE), we honor its mission in our simple, but profound effort to produce good students and good citizens through a comprehensive unique education. We provide each student the opportunity to find his or her own niche inside the classroom and out.  We try to design a program where every student entrusted to our care can find a way to nurture their unique attributes.  All of this is accomplished in a community environment in which the most common adjective used to describe life at Sharon School of Excellence is the word “family.”

 

It has been proven that by staying involved you will have a better understanding of not only what is going on at school, but also what is going on with your child.  School years for your children can be challenging but we can all help each other by continuing to play an active role at school and at home. Our teachers are nurturers as well as educators who encourage learning through exploration, and who understand the balance between what a child needs to feel safe and what she or he requires to reach his or her full potential. Your child’s teacher is your partner. At SSOE, families, teachers and administrative and executive staff work together in celebrating successes, navigating challenges, and communicating daily about your child’s achievements and goals.
